Excuse me? I do not think this is a new race, the Russians (Soviets) won that already decades ago. First landing on the surface, first photo's from the surface, first sound recordings from the surface, amongst others, were also the firsts of humans ever to do on another planet. It's nice to see research being done and all, but the propaganda reeks very strong in this article.
