This is a fantastically relaxing song. I believe the BPM even slow down by the end so it's even more relaxing.
Yes, the BPM do slow down! The linked article mentions that the music starts at 60 BPM but by the end of the song it's down to 50 BPM. The article also mentions that the music has no repeating melody which allows your brain to relax since it can't predict what comes next.
