The Circlet (in this picture it is above Jupiter) is in the western fish of Pisces and is formed by the stars Gamma, Kappa, Lambda, TX, Iota and Theta Piscium.

For some reason I keep getting an error when trying to add a link but I really wanted to make it available because it has a lot of interesting information on the stars that comprise Pisces (including the Circlet stars).
