I believe that this is true. I've even met one of the founders; he presented at a meeting I went to in Wellesley, Massachusetts. I do unfortunately know one of the three percent who uses Tor for elicit purposes, though.

I'm totally in favour of solar panels; not quite sure why the rest of the world hasn't gotten into them yet. I think though attitudes need to change in order for them to become affordable for the masses.

I agree with this one. But on the one hand, technology is changing which is in turn causing attitudes to change; what we thought of as "personal" twenty years ago, is not personal now.

Windows 10 saved my older Latitude D630; he's about ten years old now; running 64 bit Windows 10 Pro as happily as a lark.
