I think it's time to speak up. Terrorists are not welcome in Europe.
I think the problem is that while European governments are acting against terrorism in Europe, they barely do anything to stop the spread of terror groups like Boko Haram and ISIS. They seem to simply not care about anything outside of Europe's borders, perhaps hoping that the islamists will be contained in specific regions (Syria, Nigeria). The message shouldn't be "Terrorists are not welcome in Europe", it should be "Terrorists are not welcome anywhere and we're going to help fight them".
