Marijuana found growing in Vancouver traffic circle
It's hard to control where weeds grow but one particular kind of weed was found recently in a traffic circle in Vancouver.

My father was in the Navy in the 60's and 70s. He was a pothead, among other things, and never sewed on his rank too tightly, he was always going up and down for failing piss tests. When it came time to retire, his parting gift to the navy was to liberally sprinkle seeds as widely as he could on base, with particular attention to the headquarters building and gate areas.
