    It all boils down to trust. If you can't trust the ones you hired to do the job then you know. But then again you can't just fire people because they suck. You have to have a reason. That means as a boss I have to do all sorts of stupid paperwork every time an employee breaks the slightest rule. Now the powers that be have some sort of paper trail proving they suck.

    I for one dislike the babysitting these companies are doing.
