Kraft shareholders approve sale of company to Heinz
Kraft shareholders have approved the sale of the company to ketchup maker H.J. Heinz, creating one of the world's largest food companies with annual revenue of about $28 billion.

This is horrible news if you stop to think about it. This combined company will own about 30% of the grocery store aisles. It is very scary to think a few big companies control so much of the food we eat.
The combining of companies like this kills all the competition.
