Some deal with hope: 'the meek shall inherit the earth'. Others deal with a very subtle systematic conditioning: police, governance, teachers, and religious idols don't look like me, but they resemble each other.
Black America is no longer the bottom of the social totem pole here, but no one wants them to move up, so where do they go?
