It will cost you the same as a new house, but for some space enthusiasts, the five minutes of weightlessness and the astronaut wings will be worth it. SpaceShip Two, which will ferry passengers into space, is finishing its testing in the Mojave Desert in California.

So basically only like 1000 people in the whole world can afford this.
Im pretty sure the market is much bigger than a 1000 people. If they have 500 pre orders already, Im thinking tens of thousands will be up for this type of trip over a span of 10 years. Thats enough for it to be worth while as an investment and a "service" which at the end of the day this is a business.
The one thing Im worried about however is, reviews... If the first people review the experience badly and say the 200k isnt worth the 5 min in space, people will most likely pass until there is better, maybe longer trips available.
If I had a spare 200k laying around I would do it, no question about it.
