Glad they're leaving the massive updates behind. Rolling releases are more favourable IMO and may keep me from switching to GNU/Linux
There's ups and downs of miniature updates. I feel like sometimes they come as half-baked and at times become very annoying when the features are not essential.
They seem to have embraced parts of the Agile manifesto for software http://agilemanifesto.org/
