This was the only one that came in mind. Personally, I believe it's okay to ban tribes such as that. It may not be "freedom of speech" but if we allow those types of tribes to exist it brews up toxicity.

Exactly. The idea of MAD (mutual assured destruction) only works if there isn't someone crazy enough to start shooting. If we can begin reducing the amounts of weapons in the hands of the public (that are deemed overly dangerous) the better.

I haven't been a big fan of anime for very long but my favorite has been K-ON. It's such an adorable little anime that brings a smile (okay more like a smirk) to my face every time. If you're a fan of light-hearted, slice of life animes then this is definitely the one for you.
