I understand that he was mentally ill when he killed Tim and that he is considered stable now but it's just so hard to accept him being out in the community. How do we know he won't relapse when he's out in public? Yes, he's on medication but that is no guarantee against psychotic episodes. The situation was so terribly tragic.
