I gotta say considering how much money, manpower & territory this is a tertiary concern.

These are people blowing up world heritage sites & selling the antiquities they find to the highest bidder on the black market. MILLIONS maybe BILLIONS are going through their hands!

Seriously- what kind of vehicle they prefer is a moronic thing to devote these resources to. They have an entire country at their command. Maybe we should be more concerned with where they are getting their slaves, weapons, & INTERNET ACCESS. These are the tools of their 'empire' and the internet is its soapbox & propaganda engine. Cut these things off at the pass and we'll start making headway.
