I feel like there are a lot of more important and pressing things to answer before get to this question.
I could say "Never let them implant anything", but chances are that one gets a small operation, is out for fifteen minutes, and besides the healing procedures, a chip gets implanted. Now one's fucked and will always obey their digital overlords. Eventhough there are other methods of healing, once that tech-craze catches on, we're cyborgs before you can say "resistance is futile".
