Why is this in funny? There is literally nothing funny about North Korea aside from maybe perhaps how cartoonish their "evil mastermind" leader looks, acts, and is perceived by the rest of the world.
You're basically laughing at the current generations version of Nazis and the Holocaust. It's pretty fucked up if you actually think about it.

Yes, laughing is good!... as is irony, they seem to exist side by side.
Do you laugh at Nazis and The Holocaust, too? How about 9/11? What if Earth was being invaded and humanity mostly wiped out by aliens, would it still be good to laugh about that?
