EPA changes its story on Pruitt's first-class travel

The EPA spokesman said anyone seeking additional details about Pruitt’s travels would have to formally request them under FOIA.

        I think it's always been around. Media interest, no matter who or when, is better than none...the more the better. It's rampant and it has been for as long as there is authority to cover it up.
