I would be scared shitless to live in Philippines, even if I hadn't done anything illegal in my life...
I did, in the 80's...and I was scared, consider being young and invincible as youth are, I was scared, the most ambiguous environment I have ever lived in. Hate to say it, I don't think it has changed much.
I can't imagine how easy it would be to shoot up your enemy and drop them off on the corner with a panhandler sign and a sprinkle of cocaine. Philippines as a country has lost its collective mind.
This is exactly where Republicans in the USA would like us to be. The Philippines is their Utopia.
It is exactly where some whackos want to be for sure.
