I've always believed that things are heading the sci-fi route where in the future your online interactions will be monitored, anonymous accounts like these here at Snapzu will be illegal and illegal VPN use will come with some form of mandatory sentences.
My point in relation to the article is that it's easier for them to use the "Darkweb" as some boogie man to try and stop anonymity than it would be to say we don't like people saying mean things about us anonymously.
