This entire article reads like someone tried to summarize everything that’s wrong with humanity in 13 paragraphs.
I don’t get the entire premise. The robot was “condemned” to lifeless existence by its very origination. The fact that it will have a “career” in marketing or medicine does not make that existence any more or less lifeless than it was to begin with...
