As far as I'm concerned the best place to spend it is at home with close friends. That being said, I hear Edinburgh puts on quite a party.
Yeah, we always do it as a family in front of the TV, watching variety shows. Not my top preference, but it pleases the others in my family.
I will be skipping these this year!
Some of these look like really great places to ring in the new year.. however I also think that spending them with close friends and family in a more relaxed environment is just as good.
