This should not be allowed. We had this very conversation a week ago over the misuse of science. I can't imagine what good could come of this in an open environment. Literally creating mutations for a hobby or for other nefarious reasons, what could possibly go wrong with that?
Check out the link I just added. I had something like that. Here is the dilemma with science and discovery and challenge. Do we hand all of that to just those who know better...or think they do?
