A good read. I would have liked to have read something more about the colonial official mentioned in the article, Terence Gavaghan. At the end of a paragraph, the author writes that "Gavaghan had developed the [dilution] technique and put it into practice." That led me to think that there would be more in the article about his role in this atrocities.
