Every time I read something about the nuclear testings, fallout, and remains in the Marshall Islands, I just feel...helpless. It's truly sickening, disturbing, and heart-wrenching. I hope their lawsuit allows them to have some favorable ruling, but, if I'm being honest, it's highly unlikely that the world's nuclear powers are going to bend. Beyond writing my congressman and senators and signing near meaningless petitions on the Internet, I don't know what else to do.
