Long ago I remember an article or was it on that old show, beyond 2000, of a way to cause waste to become inert by converting it or encasing it in a form of glass. I only bring it up because I was wondering if anyone else remembers this or if they heard what happened to that....
The solution is rather simple: change the monument to a monument for congress and then the toxic waste will be an apt addition.
I really hope the US can sort out these issues, nuclear energy has so much potential but it seems every little bump causes such deep strife.
