No one is being forced to demonstrate 'patriotic speech'.
Their employer is setting a trivial work condition, and they have the option to remain in the locker room if it's too difficult to comply with it.
The first amendment prevents the government from infringing on your freedom of speech, not your employer. If I cost my employer revenue, I get fired.
Do you feel race baited? Because I feel like maybe you may've been race baited. It's one thing to know nothing, another to be a Know Nothing, yet another if you're clever enough to catch on but pretend, to yourself, not to.
