I have wondered about this for some time. It seems stupid isn't only on the rise, but popular. The republicans and the right worship idiocy in their great fear of the new, of progress, of anything they can't understand which is most things it seems. Their only diplomatic strategy is to send in the bombers and the dick head gun freaks with their public displays of waving their guns around are the worst enemy we responsible gun owners have. Those studies showing that conservatives and racists are the proud owners of low IQ's are right on.
