So posting a video of my dog playing in the part is also for commercial use? How are they even seriously going to enforce this?
They definitely went over the line on this one and I agree with Drunkenninja that it is definitely going to be unenforceable. FAA need to dedicate their time toward making a sound legislation for drone commercial use instead of going after hobbyists.
