      Indeed so. Now,I like broccoli,but my colon does not. Same difference I suppose.

          LOL! The evils of broccoli were unknown to me and I made quiches of the stuff...Then,in late Sep. my gut yelled:"Hold the phone buddy,this ain't happening in here no more!" And then,recently,...It goes after lactose! I can't win for loosing!

            Can you still eat cheese with the lactose intolerance?

              Yes you can,if you choose hard cheeses like extra sharp. I'm now making keifer and yogurt with lactose free milk and goat's milk,so I'm safe.
