This is quite an amazing find. Its really interesting to see these things coming to light so many decades later. The world was on a precipice I'm glad we've back away from.
For now. Soon we'll be at the same precipice as with WWI. Before 2050, the first works power will be Asian. It's the kind of change that tends to bring war.
