The notion that a home might shelter your dreams and identity, and be something you could take pride in, is also unavailable to the millions who cannot afford to buy or to rent on reasonable terms. For some, the possibility that you might stay in your locality, close to your networks of family and friends, your children’s schools or your place of work, is being taken away.

Sounds like they are copying America.
