Killer robots: The soldiers that never sleep
In the city of Daejeon, South Korea, an arms manufacturer has designed and built a gun turret that’s able to identify, track and shoot targets, theoretically without the need for human mediation. Who will teach these robot soldiers the rules of engagement? By Simon Parkin.

At one time I did research into war crimes and they are the result of human emotion; anger, fear, confusion, etc. I think combat robots might be a good idea. Take the emotion and madness out of it and give the civilians a break. Rules of engagement might actually be adhered to which is not now the case.
