    Thanks for the specifics. I read through the grant specifics. It seems that there is nothing in the language prohibiting a religious organization from applying for the grant. The money is to be used ONLY for the playground. Any leftover money is to be returned to the state.

    At this point, I still don't see Missouri's case.

    From the DNR website, I looked at the recipients from 2014's grant. I see Christian Chapel Academy, Heartland Tabernacle, First Baptist Church, Bourbon Seventh Day Adventist School, Tri-County Christian School, St. Francis Preschool, St. Peter's School, First Christian Church, and a few others that could be religious organizations, but I'm not sure. What this tells me is that maybe this isn't about religion, and maybe people are reading too much into this Supreme Court decision (including one Supreme Court Justice).

    All of this said... I will say that I am not Christian, or any religion. I just don't see why this case needed to go all the way to the Supreme Court.
