Wouldn't it be better to require all the dams along the river to release a constant trickle and allow the canyon to flow as a river once more? Or has this area never been a free flowing area?
That sounds like a good idea to me.
This is a really cool idea. I hope it becomes customary to do this. Really important for people that enjoy water sports.
