Did anyone actually think of Obama as a benevolent leader? Because I have a hard time thinking of a president who's destroyed more civil liberties and empowered the police state more than him. I guess doing it quietly helped his image.
The closest to that,imho, would be Jimmy Carter.
That's easy, Dubya. Rather than prosecuting the many crimes of the Bush Administration, the Obama Administration set about making those crimes policy under the color of law. That's how we end up with Orange Julius Caesar.
Well that's the thing, right? Bush planted the seeds but Obama turned them into a forest. Change you could believe in indeed.
Yep. I had a conservative friend who hated Obama. I never understood why cause he pushed the Bush agenda hard and added more.
So true,and he will do the same,rinse and repeat forever.
