Right after he makes the pot claim with no supporting evidence, he goes right into the real reason- pharmaceutical companies and the doctors who prescribe their poison. That is the real problem. Pot? There is a decrease in heroin use in states where cannabis is legal. But let's not let facts get in the way of an asinine story.
