Every time I hear this company's name it is for having perpetrated some disgrace against humanity: hoarding water resources to be resold to those who can afford it --which would not include in that number the slaves who labor to produce the fish Nestlé  puts in its Fancy Feast product and still exploiting child labor --subjugating entire communities to produce its chocolates. Ten years ago I read a similar expose on the very same issue. I hear no outcry from politicians and grocery chains yet, because the rejection of such practices has to come from the consumer --the people first and then the dead weight at the top will jump aboard to decry their outrage at these flagrant abuses. End Nestlé now, before they bring an end to more of us-- such as our lives, and basic human rights to clean water and wages for work.

Unless they get hit in the wallet,as you indicated, nothing will change.

But that's almost impossible, even if the public knew. Most companies are conglomerate and thus unless you know every product under every name, you can still be buying from nestle without knowing about it. ADM is one just like that, or Coke and Odewalla bars. Most people would not be able to boycott most fodd companies because it's almost impossible to know what other products under what names.
