So, there's this Chilean band that might not exist anymore, but they have a song that touches this subject. Here's the translation of the part of the lyrics that I think is most relevant:
Be careful what you think,
there is someone who's above you,
this story will go on,
this order will go on,
because God wanted it so,
because God is also a man!
