    Ugh....chipping. Call me old fashioned, but I really see this as electronic tethering. China is developing a citizen rating data base using all sorts of data, finance, social networks your on, purchases, job. How much better for them than to have their citizens chipped. These concepts are beginning to make their way into legislation in the US, both pro and against. We have not even defined what privacy is as it stands today. The consensus seems to say you don't have any.
