Graphic video shows black man bleeding after police shooting in Falcon Heights (NSFL)
A disturbing video, purportedly shot by a black couple driving in the St. Paul suburb of Falcon Heights, was posted to Facebook Wednesday night. If the events depicted in the video are accurate, they are among the most upsetting depictions of police violence against civilians captured to date.

Two blatant murders in 48 hours. These cops are pieces of shit and I hope they start being responsible for this shit.
This is exactly why all police should wear a body cam during all shifts. They will think twice about murdering someone like this. So glad this was captured on camera so we know the whole story.
I can totally see him get off with just a suspension.

I watched the video, the agony in that woman's voice made me feel sick to my stomach.
The St. Anthony Police Department responded to the incident through a press conference Wednesday night, with Sgt. Jon Mangseth, the city's interim police chief, speaking to members of the media, and saying his knowledge was limited.
"I do not know anything about the Facebook videos at this time," Mangseth said. "I haven't seen the video."
