Are there not other sub-reddits to post to? Anything about social media maybe?

If you guys find any let me know, I still have like 8 codes I can post. I don't think we want to spam but if there is mention of other alternatives it doesn't hurt to share this place too. I think the point is not to just randomly post but to do it where people actually appreciate the link/codes.

I have just done a search on Reddit for "Alternatives Reddit" and then selected within the past week option. This shows various posts some on /r/askreddit others on /r/subredditdrama and even /r/adminhate gets a mention. Possibly the search function might be the way to go.

Rather than just posting codes would a simple reply in a post saying "I have invite codes to Snapzu.com, PM me for detail etc..." be better? As then you can check the person history on Reddit before giving them the code?

This post from yesterday is overflowing with comments and people are still replying http://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/39...us_what_are_some_good_alternatives_to_reddit/

Yep, looks like we missed the boat on that one though. But I think a PM would also do the trick as it's more personal and as you said guarantees us the ability to double check that user before we invite them over.
