Something similar happened to my wife. We were playing blackjack and she'd never played before, had no idea what she was doing. I knew the game at least well enough to play it on my own without help. Anyway, it was the middle of the day on like a Tuesday or something and the place was empty. The dealer basically told her exactly what to do on every hand and in a few hours we turned $20 into about $500 playing at a table with a $3 minimum. It was awesome.
