I think that's the polite way of saying that Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the UAE and the rest simply didn't care.

I've begun to see things as Saudia Arabia versus the world.
They only have oil, money and Mecca...they need weapons, and we all know where they get those.
