Malala Yousafzi: From Being Shot In The Head To Studying At Oxford
Five years ago, the Taliban opened fire on Malala Yousafzi, a 14-year-old girl who was speaking up for the educational rights of women in Pakistan. After surviving the shots (one of which was to the head), one would assume that fear would prevail and her fight would end. It didn’t. Malala continued her activism for education, risking her life for a greater cause.
