It's good that its keeping the inmates calm, but these people are supposed to be serving a punishment and them legally toking it up is making more of a country club than anything. But who knows, I've never been in the slammer so what do I know.
Well to be fair, I dont think they just hand out baggies of it. Gotta earn that good shit.
