Vice President Biden: 'We will follow (ISIS) to the gates of hell'

An intense Biden followed up President Obama's remarks on the ISIS terrorists who beheaded a second American this week. A day after it was revealed American journalist Steven Sotloff had been executed by ISIS, Obama said America would 'degrade and destroy' the jihadists terrorizing the Middle East.
