Prosecutor Will Seek Death Penalty In Police Officer’s Death

Prosecutors will seek the death penalty against a man charged in the shooting death of a veteran Killeen police officer. Marvin Louis Guy, 49, has been indicted for capital murder in the shooting death of police Detective Charles “Chuck” Dinwiddie, 47, and is named in indictments charging three counts of attempted capital murder, as well.
