Nintendo says the Switch Lite isn’t going to replace the 3DS
Today Nintendo revealed the Switch Lite, a redesigned version of the device that’s designed explicitly to be played on the go. Unlike the main Switch, you can’t connect it to a television to play at home. You might think that a handheld-only Switch would mark the death knell for the Nintendo 3DS, but Nintendo doesn’t necessarily see it that way.
