Bus kills at least 4 people in Moscow, driver detained
The investigation considers two main versions – the driver’s fault and or technical failure. The Investigative Committee of Russia has initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 238 (providing services that do not meet security requirements) and Art. 264 of the Criminal Code (violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles) after an accident in Moscow, which left 5 people killed, and at least 13 injured.
