'True Detective' writer unveils that next season has three leads, set in California

Just watched this season a few days ago. Excellent crime drama, best I've seen in a long time.
I agree 100%, just too bad the season was so short.
That's the trend lately. They don't want to over-commit just in case the show tanks.
This... I've heard of TV companies pulling shows after one episode, it's a rough business.
